Overview of the Data Logging and Playback Features
The Deluxe Gauge Software Reflash adds the ability to perform data logging and playback. The reflash offers 4 recording slots that will record about a minute and a half of data each. During playback of recorded data you can fast forward and rewind. The following data is recorded when data logging is started:
RPM
Speed
Intake Temperature
Boost (when enabled)
AFR (when enabled)
How to use the Data Logging and Playback Feature
How to start Data Logging:
Press the set button to enter the menu system
Press the set button again to select the recording option (it is the first option in the menu system)
Use the up and down buttons to select the recording slot to record the data in
Press the set button to begin recording data
The fuel gauge will indicate how much recording space is left in the slot being recorded into
The fuel gauge starts full, and as recording space in the slot is used, the gauge will empty
The up and down buttons will still function normally while recording is occurring
The recording will stop when the slot is full, or when the set button is pressed
How to Playback Recorded Data:
Press the set button to enter the menu system
Use the up and down buttons to navigate until PLAY is displayed on the LCD of the gauge and press the set button
Use the up and down buttons to select the recording slot to playback, and press the set button to begin playback
If you press the up button to change the Display Configuration, playback will pause until the Display Configuration has finished indicating what will be displayed
If you press and hold the up button the playback will fast forward
If you press the back button the playback will rewind. Note that you can only rewind three times, which means you may not be able to rewind all the way to the beginning
A counter will be shown at the bottom of the LCD
Press the set button to finish the playback of recorded data before the playback is finished
